Bajío Airport (BJX) to San Miguel de Allende: How Long the Drive Takes

The drive is about 1h40. That's our usual time from Bajío International Airport (León/Guanajuato) to the moon door on Jesús 17. We recommend arriving with our SUV transportation partner, so your stay starts the moment you leave the airport rather than when you find the street.

BJX or Querétaro? Of the three airports we work with, Querétaro (QRO) is closest at about 1h20, Bajío is about 1h40, and Mexico City (MEX) is about 3h30. Twenty minutes between QRO and BJX is rarely worth a worse flight, so book whichever schedule suits you and we'll meet you at either.

Landing early? Check-in is at 3:00 pm. We'll make every effort to have your suite ready sooner if you tell us your arrival time, and if it isn't, we'll store your luggage securely so you can walk into town. You're always welcome in the courtyard while you wait.
